The speech bubble icon will show in the orders list, the order overview, within each item (above the item image) and in the order Notes & Comments tab.
This gives you the ability to quickly navigate new comments and/or view notes from any stage of the order.
Within list view, the speech bubble icon will pull out a Notes & Comments drawer for you to view or interact with.
When in an order, you can view the total number of comments from their customer along with each item that has a comment.
After clicking into a specific item, you can view that item's specific comments int he tab above the item images.
Within the order's Notes & Comments tab, you can toggle between a full activity list of Note or Comments by clicking on the switch button to the top right.
