In Presentations, Quotes, and Orders, you can view your customer's comments and even communicate back to them from POM!
Option 1 - The easiest way to do this is from the list view of these modules. The speech bubble icon will open the Notes/Comments drawer. You can see not only comments but also Approval/Change Request messages.
At the bottom of the drawer is a field to enter and send your comments back to the entity/customer.
Option 2 - You can also enter these comments within an item. Clicking on the Comments tab above the item image will display all item-specific comments and allow you to communicate back.
