How to Apply Pre-Configured Decoration Pricing to a Quote

When you add your suppliers' decoration costs upfront, you and your team can add the pre-configured pricing to an Quote with just a few clicks. This article will shows you how.

Note: The supplier selected for this product must have decoration pricing setup before you complete these steps.

1. When you've added the product to your Quote, click the pen icon to the left of the product to edit the details
   
2. In the edit Product window, scroll down to the Artwork information section
   
   NOTE: If you don't see the artwork section, click Add Decoration button to the left
   
   
    
3. Click the brush icon next to Unit Cost ($)
   
   NOTE: if this supplier is not setup with decoration pricing in your workspace, the brush icon will not shown here
    
4. Select the pricing column you want to apply. 
   
   NOTE: A price break will be pre-selected based on the product quantity you want to add to your quote
    
5. Click Apply Cost
   

Your pre-configured decoration pricing is now applied to your quote.
