Converting Your First Order

A Presentation or Quote may be converted into an Order by following a series of steps that are largely similar. When converting from a Presentation, there are additional steps to select the pricing column and quantity details, which are typically completed during the quoting phase when converting an Order from a Quote.  

1. Open the Presentation or Quote that you wish to convert into an Order.
2. Navigate to the bottom right corner and click Convert to Order.
3. Select the items you want to include in the Order.
4. Click Review Selected Items.
5. Click Convert to Order to finalize the process and put into your Draft Orders
6. Click Open Order to review product and finalize any order details.

7. When you are ready to submit the order click Place Order.

   Note: This does not automatically send an order confirmation to the client or PO to the supplier.
