Getting Started: Pop-Up Stores Integration

How to integrate your OMG Pop-up stores into OMG Presentations and Order Management:

 

Step 1: Access OMG Account Integrations

1. Log in to your OMG Online Stores account
2. Click on the three horizontal lines at the top of the page
3. Select Dealer settings
4. Navigate to Integrations

Step 2: Obtain Access Token from Pop-Up Stores

1. On the integrations page, scroll down to Pop-up Stores
2. Click the Connect button
3. Copy the access token provided

Note: Only Store Account Owners can access this API Key

Step 3: Integrate in OMG Presentations and Order Management

1. Log in to your Presentations and Order Management app
2. Click on Settings
3. Scroll down and click on your name
4. Select Integrations
5. Click Install where it says Pop-up and Redemption Stores

Step 4: Paste Access Token and Save

1. In the Configuration section, paste the access token you copied from your OMG account into the User API Key field
2. Click Save

Step 5: Configure Stores

After saving, your list of stores will appear in the window. At this stage, please complete the following actions:

1. If there are any stores you do not wish to integrate with the order management system, you may remove them from the list by clicking the trash can icon.
2. For stores where you want orders to synchronize, change the Event setting from Ignore to Order Created to ensure that all new orders are reflected within Draft Orders.
3. Select a Customer to associate orders with for each store within OMG Presentations and Order Management.
