- Click on Settings (left menu)
- Click on Customer Terms
- Click on Add New
- Fill in following fields below
- Click Save
Tax Exemptions
- Click on Customers (left menu)
- Click on the Profile section
- Click on Edit in the Billing Information section
- Check the box for Tax Exempt
- Click Save
