You can upgrade to a paid subscription anytime during your trial period. Please note: Upgrading before your trial ends will mean losing any remaining trial days.
Before or on your trial end date, follow these steps to enter your billing information and start your subscription:
- Log into your workspace
- Click the Customize Workspace button at the bottom left
- Select Manage Subscription
- Click Setup Subscription Payment
You’ll be taken to a secure page to enter your billing and payment details.
- Pick your preferred payment method: Credit Card or Bank Account
Note: Your subscription will automatically renew monthly using this payment method. - Enter the details for your chosen payment method
Click Subscribe
Afterwards, you’ll be redirected back to your workspace. If you want to start fresh and remove any "trial" data, you can do so by:
- Clicking Customize Workspace
- Selecting Go Live!
- Checking the box to "Remove all transactional data. This will delete all Presentations, Quotes, Orders, Invoices, Receivables, Expenses, Payments, and Accounting Transactions."
- Clicking the Go Live button
Note: Once these steps are completed, your subscription will auto-renew each month using the payment method you provided.
