How to Add a Step to an Order

An item can be decorated by the same supplier that is providing the blank goods (Add Decoration button).  In cases where this will move on to another supplier for decoration, you can add a step (or more) between the blank goods and your customer or warehouse.

When in the item, locate and click the orange + symbol along the item's left side timeline.

Select your Supplier and then use the Add Decoration button for artwork or Add Charge if the supplier is not decorating the goods (fulfilment, kitting, etc)

You can add up to 3 hops in between your blank goods and your customer.
